These Terms of Use explain how you may access and use Xentiqa, including our website, AI tools, SaaS products, automation systems, AI agents, dashboards, subscriptions, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Xentiqa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use our website, software, AI tools, or services.

These terms apply to individual users, business users, customers, trial users, subscribers, and visitors.

Some Xentiqa services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, authentication methods, and account activity.

Xentiqa may be used for AI productivity, automation, software workflows, business assistance, AI agents, document processing, communication support, and related digital operations.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use Xentiqa to:

  • break any law or regulation
  • commit fraud, deception, spam, or abuse
  • generate or distribute malicious software
  • attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
  • interfere with service availability or security
  • scrape, copy, or extract data without permission
  • reverse engineer restricted parts of the platform
  • use AI tools to create harmful or misleading content
  • violate the rights, privacy, or safety of others

5. AI Outputs and User Responsibility

Xentiqa uses artificial intelligence technologies that may produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unexpected outputs.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, fabricated information, or inaccurate recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use any output.

Xentiqa does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting, security, compliance, or professional advice through AI-generated content.

6. User Content and Data

You may provide prompts, files, text, data, messages, documents, or other content to Xentiqa services. You must ensure you have the right to submit that content.

You remain responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it does not violate laws, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or third-party agreements.

7. Subscriptions and Paid Services

Some Xentiqa services may be offered through paid subscriptions, one-off project fees, consulting fees, or custom agreements. Pricing, limits, features, and billing periods may vary.

Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are generally not provided except where required by applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law where relevant.

8. Intellectual Property

Xentiqa owns or licenses all rights in its platform, branding, software, systems, design, workflows, documentation, and related materials.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from Xentiqa materials unless expressly permitted in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

Xentiqa may integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, payment processors, AI model providers, hosting platforms, analytics tools, and communication systems.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, actions, policies, or service changes outside our control.

10. Suspension or Termination

Xentiqa may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use, misused the platform, created risk to others, failed to pay applicable fees, or used the service unlawfully.

11. Service Changes

We may improve, modify, remove, pause, or discontinue features, plans, tools, or services at any time. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice for material changes affecting paid services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Xentiqa is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, business interruption, loss of profits, loss of data, or similar damages.

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law where relevant.
